GWO Fire Awareness (FAW)

This course provides basic training in awareness of the hazards encountered with fires. Between traveling too and from Wind Turbine Generators or simply working around the generators themselves, fires (especially electrical) are always a potential for threat. This course teaches participants how to prevent fires and, if needed, safety extinguish them or know the proper way to obtain assistance in the WTG industry. View Course Details

This course provides basic training in awareness of the hazards encountered with working at height. Falls are amongst the highest injury / fatality rate in the working world and through this class, you learn how to prevent falls but learning all of the do’s and do not’s of fall protection equipment. In the unfortunate event of an emergency, the participant will be well trained on rescue and descent techniques to ensure the highest levels of safety possible from a WTG. View Course Details
