Course Summary

This course provides information on the hazards of working around Benzene. We will discuss the properties of Benzene along with the hazards associated with this carcinogenic substance. Also discussed are the OSHA Permissible Exposure Limits and the recommended personal protective equipment needed when working in the presence of Benzene. Routes of exposure, health risks, and signs and symptoms of Benzene exposure will be covered in this course as well.
