This course is designed to instruct the learner in the aspects of Accident/Incident Investigation. The course covers the actions to take when conducting an investigation after an accident takes place and the proper steps to follow before, during, and after the investigation. It focuses on what to do at the scene of the incident, and how to interview witnesses, and how to write an incident report.
